Located At

  • Possess a degree in business or related field, MBA will be an added advantage.
  • 8 – 10 years of working experience and track record, preferably with working experience and knowledge in agricultural machinery industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, Bahasa Malaysia and conversant in Mandarin.
  • Possess ethical mind, confident disposition, positive attitude, self-motivated.

We are a fast growing company based in Ipoh involves in the production of specialty machinery and equipment for the oil palm plantation industry. In line with dynamic growth and expansion, we currently have excellent opportunities for dynamic candidate who has desire to grow with the Company.

  • Assist the Group CEO in overseeing operations and business of the Company to ensure that operations are in sync with the Group’s business strategy to achieve excellent customer service and profitability.
  • Responsible for the overall business performance and development – lead, manage, monitor and ensure the orderly implementation of the functions, management and operations of the Company in line with the goals and objectives set by the Company.
  • Provide timely and regular updates to the Chairman, Board of Directors and shareholders on the Company’s performance
  • To identify, evaluate and develop business opportunities in line with the corporate goals and objectives.
  • To formulate and implement the long-term policies, business plan and strategies of the Company
  • To implement processes and policies with good ethics, values and culture to uphold organizational integrity.
  • To oversee the adherence and effective execution of processes, systems
    and procedures and policies for a successful business growth
  • To profess the organizational values of Governance, Accountability and Transparency.

  • To communicate the Company’s vision, mission, values, strategies and objectives to all level
  • Strong leadership skills to promote team spirit and align various departments to achieve the Company’s business goals and targets.
  • To motivate staff to equip them with the best support, guidance to achieve a dynamic, high employee morale and effective workforce.
  • Strong presentation and verbal / written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
